Cancellation Policy

At Green Light Driver Training, lesson times are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can accommodate all students, the following cancellation policy applies.

More than 24 hours' notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson and provide more than 24 hours' notice, your lesson can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Less than 24 hours' notice

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson may not be able to be rescheduled, as that appointment has been reserved specifically for you.

Less than 4 hours' notice

If you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled lesson, 50% of the lesson fee will be charged.

No-show or late arrival

If you do not attend your lesson, or fail to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior contact, the lesson will be treated as a no-show. The full lesson fee will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be provided.

Exceptional circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Where appropriate, Green Light Driver Training reserves the right to exercise discretion on a case-by-case basis.
